Exhibitions at Tokyo Big Sight

For trade shows and conferences, the venue and the event organiser decide where chartered buses may load and park. Some large events set up dedicated shuttle areas; others ask coaches to use general bus parking. Tell us the event name and dates and we coordinate the bus area with the organiser where required.

On the busiest event days, the roads around Ariake can be heavily congested at opening and closing times. Morning shuttles from hotels should leave with a buffer, and return trips work best with a clear meeting point away from the main pedestrian flow.

Hotels and shopping in Odaiba

The large hotels on the waterfront are generally used to coaches, and the area has more space for vehicles than central Tokyo. Shopping complexes may have bus parking with their own rules or reservations; we check before including a stop.

Tokyo International Cruise Terminal

Cruise groups disembarking in Aomi can be met by coach for transfers to hotels, Haneda or Narita. Disembarkation takes time, so we agree a pickup window rather than one exact minute, and confirm the vehicle area with the terminal arrangements for the ship's call.

Tips

• Haneda is close: about 20–35 minutes in normal traffic.
• For exhibition shuttles, send your programme so we can plan loop times and the number of coaches.
• Print the meeting point and coach number on attendee information.
